Tip for Refreshing Skin in Summers

As summer is arrived so we need special care of our skin.Now it's quiet easy and you can tone your skin in few minutes.All you want is

  • 2 teaspoons of fresh alovera

  • 1 teaspoon of basin

  • 2 to 3 drops of lemon juice

Mix the above mentioned things and apply them on face and gently rub this paste for 2 mins and then leave this paste for 10 mins and wash it off.You will feel a significant differene.You can use this paste daily for glowing healthy skin but make it fresh for better results.

Home Made Face Masks

Mask is used to tighten the pores of your skin.There are different types of skin and some people avoids to buy it from market so you can easily make a mask according to your skin type at home.Here are some tips to make face masks at home.

Masks for Dry Skin
1 tablespoon multani mitti
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon lemon juice
Mix them and then apply it all over the face and neck and after 15 mins wash it off with Luke warm water.It removes dead skin and gives your face a soft touch.

1 tablespoon olive oil
2 tablespoon fresh cream
Mix fresh cream in olive oil and apply on face for 10 mins it is the best mask for dry skin to make it glow and give a fresh look.

Masks for Oily Skin
In summer it is the problem of oily skin that it leaves excess oils thus leaving a dull affect on face so apply this mask to control oil
1 tablespoon mud mask
1 tablespoon rose water
3 drops of lemon juice
1 ice cube
Blend them and apply it on face until it dries and then was it off with cold water.It is the best mask for dry skin use it twice a week to control excess oils.

Egg is also a very good mask.Take one egg and separate it's yolk from it and then blend egg white and apply it on face with cotton pad.When it dries apply egg yolk on it and after drying wash it off with Luke warm water.It will tightens the pores and thus control oil pigments.

Masks for Normal Skin
Normal skin is the best skin type.You can use all the fruit extracts as a mask on this type of skin.
You can also use fresh milk mixed with grinded almonds on normal skin as a mask.
1 tablespoon cucumber juice
1 tablespoon fresh milk
1 teaspoon honey
Mix those 3 and apply it on face for 15 mins.It will give your skin a fresh and healthy look.

Herbal Skin Polish

Some people cannot use beauty products available in the market but obviously everyone likes glowing skin so i will tell you how you can prepare a herbal polisher at your home.Take the following ingredients in the quantity given
Lemon Juice 1/2 tablespoon
Honey 1/2 tablespoon
Basin 1 teaspoon
Turmeric powder 1 pinch
Grinded mint leaves 1 teaspoon
Mix those ingredients well and apply this paste on face for 15mins.After 15 mins wash it off with fresh water and do not use soap.You will see the difference immediately.It is a very good polisher for skin.It makes your skin and glow and because of mint leaves we have added it gives a soothing affect on face.You can apply it twice a week for making your skin tone even.

Home Made Wax

The wax you buy from market is quiet expensive. I am giving you the procedure of making wax at home it is very easy you can make it at home and it will give you better results. Only three ingredients are required to make wax sugar, water and lemon.
Take ingredients in quantity as follows you can change the quantity according to the quantity of wax you want to made
Sugar 1/4kg
Lemon 4 to 6
Water 1/2 cup
Pour water in a steel bowl and add sugar and lemons in it.Make it on a very slow heat and stir it with a wooden spoon.When it turns light brown take it out and check whether it melts or not if it is hard and doesn't melts down then it means the wax is ready.
It is a very good wax you can keep it as long you want and use it by heating it for 30 to 40 seconds in microwave oven or in wax heating machine.

Tips for Hair Care

Hairs are the part of your beauty which enhances your personality. Rough hair dulls your beauty. If your are looking very pretty but your hair texture and look is not giving a groomed sight then it leaves a negative impact on your personality. You can nourish your hair if you pay proper attention to them. Here are some tips to make your hair healthy and strong
  • Before deciding what type of nourishment your hairs require check out the texture whether they are oily or dry. If your hair leaves excess oil after 1 day of washing them then they are oily and if they remain dry after washing then they have dry texture.
  • Normal hairs are neither dry nor oily. Dry hairs need more nourishment in contrast to oily hair. Although brushing hair is a healthy exercise for them but brushing oily hairs accelerate glands of oily hair.
  • Avoid washing your hair daily it damages your hair roots.
  • Henna is a best toner for your hair. Apply henna twice a month to nourish your hair it will give a very natural color to your hair so avoid dyeing them. Make a paste according to the given formula
    1 mug henna powder.
    Boil Amla ,Sekakai and Tea in water until it gives a dark color then after separating the water from the ingredients pour this water in henna powder and make a paste.
    2 Tea spoon coffee for a burgundy touch shade on hair.
    Mix 2 lemons juice in the paste.
    Add 3 table spoon of mustard oil for dry hair and if your hair texture is dry then do not add it. For normal hair add 2 table spoon of oil.
    Mix it and then leave this mixture for 1 hour and then apply it on hair until it dries. You can also leave the mixture after mixing for whole night for better results. For sure by applying henna in this way will improve the condition of your hair.
  • Massage with oil which suits your twice or once a week.
  • For dandruff mix mustard oil with ripen yogurt and you can also add egg. Use it thrice a week your dandruff will vanish in few weeks.
  • To make your hair black and strong boil Amla and Sekakai in water and pour this water along with the herbs in a bottle and use it after washing your hair apply it on hair and leave it for 4 to 5 mins and then wash them off with fresh water.
  • Do not wash your hair with warm water it will make dandruff and your hair will start falling so always wash your hair with fresh normal water.
  • For hair fall wash your hair with yogurt mixed with basin or you can also start herbal treatment by washing your hair with amla,sekakai and retha mixed in equal quantity. Stop using shampoo and use it for washing purpose it will solve your problem of hair fall.
  • Before taking bath apply ripe yogurt and apply it for 20 mins it makes your hair healthy and strong.
  • Always add some water in shampoo while you apply it on your palm it reduces the chemical affects of shampoo.
  • Olive oil is the best toner for dry and damaged hair.

Tips for Foot Care

Your feet are your that body part that gives an impression on people about your cleanliness and if you take care of your feet it nourishes your outlook.As cracked heels give a very bad impression so here are some tips to make your feet beautiful

  • Mix rose water and lemon juice in equal proportion and apply it on feet with cotton pad.It will act as a cleanser and will make your feet fair.


  • Mix lemon juice in "Basin" and add a pinch of turmeric powder.Then apply this mixture on your feet and when it dries gently rub it off.It will remove all the dust particles.


  • For cracked heels take warm water and add 1 tea spoon of salt in it and 5 drops of dettol then dip your feet in it for 15 mins and rub it with volcano clay.Then take them out and get them dry with towel and then apply petroleum jelly on them and apply a thick layer around cracks.It will soften your feet and make them naturally beautiful.Do this procedure daily for damaged heels and thrice a week for normal feet and heels.


  • Rub apricot gently on your feet it nourishes your foot skin.

Tips for Nail Care

Nails are not a beauty symbol only but it is much related to health issue.Dirty particles in nails directly goes to our food which we eat and spread many diseases so nails should be healthy.This fact also cannot be denied that hands look beautiful with strong and healthy nails so i am giving you some natural tips to strengthen your nails and make them healthy.
  • Rub fresh garlic on nails directly to make your nails strong and for shine soak your hands in warm water containing garlic juice for 5 mins.It gives shine to your nails.
  • For shiny nails dip your nails in warm olive oil.It is a very good moisturizer for nails.
  • To remove dryness from your nails before going to sleep at night take cotton pad dipped in glycerin and apply it on nails for whole night.
  • For the growth of nails grind garlic powder and apply it's water on nails for whole night.
  • File your nails weekly.
  • Let your breath so avoid covering them from nail color all the time.It hinders the healthy growth nails.

Tips for Hand Care

Hands are that part of body which gives delicate look if they are beautiful and clean.Thy need special attention.You can make them beautiful by giving them sometime.Below i am giving you some tips for hand care
  • Always wash your hands with Luke warm water after using any kind of detergent and then apply cream of fresh milk to diminish the affect of detergent because it makes your hands harsh and rough.
  • Before going to sleep always was your hands and then give them a massage of olive oil mixed with lemon juice it will make your hands shiny and soft.
  • Mix cucumber juice with glycerin and dip a cotton into this mixture.It removes all the dust.
  • Butter is a very good moisturizer for hands.For rough hands apply butter on them.It makes your hands very soft.
  • To make your hands fair rub lemon on them.
  • To tighten the skin of hands take an egg without yolk and beat it then apply on hands and when it dries then wash it with Luke warm water.

Natural Eye Care Tips

Eyes are the main feature on your face and they are very sensitive so along with the care of other parts eyes care is also important.You can easily protect your and eyes and make them shine by paying a little attention to them.Here are some tips for eyes care.
  • In morning when you wake up put water in a bowl or a plate or you can also take water in your palm and dip your eyes one by one in water slowly open and close them it will clean the particles gathered at night.
  • For cleansing purpose you can also take rose water and dip the eyes in it first it will irritate but after few seconds it will make the eyes very clear and it also strengthens your eyes.
  • If you have weak eyesight take a cotton bud and cover it with honey and then apply into eyes like kajol it will also irritate but it is the b est tonic for eyes.
  • To increase the size of eyelashes and make them thick apply olive oil on eyelashes at night before going to sleep.
  • To remove dark circles take 2 slices of cucumber and cover your eyes from it daily for 20 mins.It will reduce the eye circles.
  • For instant removal of dirk circles for sometime like if you are going on a party and you want your dirk circles to be disappeared take two slices of fresh potato and cover your eyes from it for 20 mins,dark circles will disappear for 3 hours.
  • In morning when you wake up rub your hands and then rub them on eyes it also reduces dark circles.
  • The best way to healthy and fresh eyes is proper sleep.Try to take proper sleep of 8 hours.

Tips for Lips Care

In nourishing your beauty your every part plays an important everything should be balanced and try to make it perfect or near to perfect. It is not very difficult. Some people think that taking care of skin is important only your lips are also the important part of your face. I am giving you some tips which will help in nourishing your lips beauty.
  • In winter or sometimes in summer the lips crack down. To heal them grind the seeds of apple and mix it in 3 drops of water and 2 drop of rose water then apply this mixture all over your lips at night before going to sleep. In morning you will see a major difference in the condition of your lips.
  • If the color of your lips has darken due to excess use of lipstick apply olive oil mixed in lemon juice on your lips it will remove the dullness gradually.
  • For better color rub lemon slices on your lips
  • For pink lips apply castor oil mixed with lemon juice on lips.
  • Fresh milk cream is also a very good cleanser for lips. It cleanses your lips in a natural way.
  • For removing dead skin from your lips after brushing your teeth rub your brush on your lips it removes all the dead skin around your lips and gives them a fresh look.
  • Petroleum jelly is very good for giving lips a natural and glossy look try to use it instead of covering your lips from lipstick all the time.

Natural Skin Care Tips

Beautiful Skin is the dream of every girl and women. But nowadays it is quiet time taking activity to go to a salon in routine but obviously your skin requires toning which helps to nourish your skin. I am giving you some tips below to treat your skin at home without buying expensive creams and it will not take much time. You can easily prepare them at home and by following those natural skin care tips you will be able to get a healthy and fresh skin.

  • Drink 3 to 4 glasses of water early in the morning and if your throat is not sensitive then also squeeze a lemon in 1 glass in summer season and in winter add a teaspoon of honey in it. Basically lemon purifies your body and if your body is healthy then it will leave a fresh affect on your skin too.
  • Alovera is the best thing for skin you can apply it on the skin as a mask and you can also take 1 tablespoon of it's jelly as a body purifier. It also removes blemishes on your skin.
  • Cleansing is necessary for every skin type because it removes all the dirty particles from the skin. Take fresh milk and mix 3 to 4 drops of lemon in it and gently massage on your face. It will act as a best cleanser and will remove dust from your skin. After cleansing tone your skin and for toning purpose soak a cotton ball in rose water and gently rub all over the face it will tone your skin.
  • If there are some blemishes and spots on your skin rub slices of potato on those spots. They will lighten gradually
  • Yogurt contains natural cleansing enzymes. After washing your face take yogurt and spread it on whole face. Leave it for 20 mins and then again wash your face with face with fresh water. It removes spots or pimples from skin.
  • Take lemon grass boiled in water for refreshing the skin.
  • Mix wheat flour and turmeric powder and rub it on skin it also removes dirty particles. You can also add 6 to 7 drops of lemon in it for better results.
